Showings

Your Giving Tree Realty Buyer's Specialist will explain the different types of representation to you. Once you become a client, they will get to work for you.

Offer

Now the fun begins! Your Giving Tree Realty Buyer's Agent will show you homes that match your criteria. When the 'one" comes along they will write the offer and present it to the Seller/Listing Agent.

Negotiation

This is where it is important to have a highly trained negotiator on your side! Your Giving Tree Realty Buyer's Agent will negotiate to get the best price and terms for you. Once you go under contract the real work begins - from inspections to repairs and sometimes back to negotiations, your Buyer's Agent will be working hard for you.

Closing!

Your Giving Tree Realty Buyer's Agent will work closely with the Closing Attorney, Mortgage Lender, Inspectors, Contractors and Seller's Agent to ensure a timely closing. Congratulations - you have a new home!
